Late September, nearly Fall...
Personas of a cat...: "Fur on stilts", "Whiskers with eyes", "Sneaky slinky", "Slippers waiting to be sewn."
A cat goes into the doctor for an upset stomach. The doc says, "you must've eaten
something to make you sick." The cat says, "All I've had today is a canary, a little lizard and some cat food from Harold." The doc says, "Oh! That explains why you're sick. Harold never washes his hands."
PERSONA is a personal look at what one seems to be
Like Calicos appear to be any same old kinda cat;
Yet, that is not what they really are.
Beautiful,and soft but average, we're not!
No, we're not just run of the mill kitties;
Mostly we're female by gene and vary in patterns.
Call Calicos complicated, full of change;
Undecided we may seem, but strong willed we are;
A bit sly, a tad funny, stubborn of course!
To state I'm a calico kind of girl is,
An understatement, like saying all seafood are fish;
My true self, belies my persona of a regular kind of cat.
